It has been widely observed that Diebold is the largest maker of ATMs as well as voting machines. The fact the Diebold makes paperless voting machines, can only be seen as a deliberate feature, not a bug. Likewise, I'm sure if people could use minibar keys to open ATMs, Diebold would be out of business. Therefore, I think we can conclude that we now see the whole of Diebold's deliberate plan. Easily openable hardware, easily hackable software, and no paper trail to be responsible to.

Don't be surprised if the Republicans win this election, too. It could just be what is in the cards (memory cards, that is).
